Handle atSpoke support tickets in Teqtivity by integrating the two tools. You can view user maintenance requests made on atSpoke in your Teqtivity dashboard, and when you resolve or respond to the support ticket, atSpoke will automatically notify all relevant parties. This means support tickets will no longer get lost in the shuffle.
